to uni or not to uni?

Hello lovely, todays post is regarding something I have been thinking about for about 2 years now, do I go to uni or not?
If you're of a similar age to me then I'm sure it's something you've found yourself thinking too. Personally I have decided to take at least a year out, meaning I haven't applied for uni at all as it stands.
But now I find myself thinking, was that the right move? What if I never go now? Do I even want to go ? Why do I feel like I need to go? What would I do if I were to go? What would I do if I don't go?
The more I think about it the more conflicted I become, I can't see myself at uni, I don't want to go. But then again if I don't go I don't know what I will do...
Have you been in a similar situation?
Any advice on how I can make such a life-chaging decision when it takes me 20 minutes to decide what I want for lunch?
I'd really love any advice you can offer! Or at least to know it's not just me that's thinking this!
Lots and lots of love, Beth xoxoxoxo

  1. I'm at uni. My advice would be if you don't know what else you'd be doing, as in you don't have a decent job lined up, you might as well go to uni :) it's a great experience and having a degree is pretty much crucial these days. Just pick a subject you enjoy x

    1. Thanks for the advice :)! To be honest I think that's what I'm going to have to do, there are just no jobs or decent apprenticeships at the moment. I have been looking and settled on a course, still having my year out though :) xxx

  2. Heyya~ I'm 22 and graduated with my first degree last year and now continuing to do a postgraduate course in something that i've always enjoyed, Nursing. I think it's really important to pick a course that you really enjoy and useful for the future :D
Alot of good jobs prefer a degree, but alot also want experience too so during your year out you should try doing some volunteering or even a p/t job just so you can put something on your CV!

    Best of luck with everything~
    Have a lovely day <3
